Marion Autrum studied goldsmithing
and jewellery design in her native Germany, at the internationally
renowned Zeichenakademie Hanau, near Frankfurt before
moving to London.
Her handcrafted
jewellery, which always demonstrates the highest quality
of craftsmanship, makes strong design statements from
developing the basic geometrical shapes. She creates
variations in the surfaces and finishes within one
piece, to develop contrasts and surprising effects
Pearls are one of Marion’s
favourite gemstones to work with. They are classic
and contemporary – a statement reflected in
her jewellery.
